Book a Virtual Consultation

Your virtual consultation is a chance to meet with a Body by Heart specialist who will listen to your goals and build a custom plan to get you there. 

After selecting a time, you'll pay a $25 deposit to reserve your spot. The deposit is fully refundable as long as you attend the consultation. You may cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment for a full refund, or you may reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment.
